We went to our annual after-Christmas tea at the Heathman - a lovely way to wind down from the excitement. On a confessional note, I would much rather have coffee than tea but it's good to expand oneself . . . ha! So this year I tried the Citrus Nectar - a harmonious blend of hibiscus petals, orange zest, lemon balm, lavender, licorice root and sweet leaf. It was lovely. Here is the rest of the menu:
