I told E yesterday morning that it was time to head back to Portland - I was a bit worried it would be hard for him to leave. He said he was both sad and ready to go home - which I think we all feel. We enjoy our trip every year but after a week, we all sort of want our house, our cat, our routines. But still, we miss Wisconsin and our family. 
A special thank you to E and Em's great aunt Peggy for coming up with cousin Kallie each year -it is so special to have them for the holiday.
