Thanks to Urbanedibles.org, I now have this lovely bowl of blackberries for some cobbler and a bouqet of sweetpeas for our guest room. With Miss Em in the front pack, we went out for wild blackberry picking by Rose City Golf Course - and discovered a fabulous new street for walking - Sacramento between 60 and 72th is so pretty - who knew? I love the idea of picking "wild" produce in the city. It's one of those things you always hear people saying is "so Portland."

urban harvest
